Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order on our dedicated tracking page. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days and delivery takes 6-12 days from dispatch. If your order hasn't arrived after 20 days from your dispatch notification, contact us and we'll trace it straight away.
Every Dog Control Pro comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy for any reason within 60 days of delivery, we'll make it right: a full refund or a free exchange, whichever you prefer. If the size isn't right, free exchanges mean we'll send the correct size at no extra cost.
Measure your dog's chest girth at the widest point behind the front legs, then compare it with the size guide on the product page. If your dog falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. And if the fit isn't perfect when it arrives, our free exchange policy makes getting the right size simple.
The Dog Control Pro uses a front-clip mechanism. The leash attaches at the chest rather than the back. When your dog pulls, the front clip redirects them sideways rather than letting them strain against their windpipe. Over time, this teaches dogs that pulling simply doesn't work, without any pain or discomfort. Most owners notice a clear difference within the first few walks.
Your order includes the Dog Control Pro harness, two free personalised name tags with your dog's name, and a free digital owner's e-book with step-by-step guidance on getting the best results from the harness.
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours of placing your order). Once the order has been dispatched we can no longer make changes, but you're always welcome to exchange or return it once it arrives.
First, double-check that the harness fits snugly and that the leash is clipped to the front ring. The e-book included with your order has technique tips that make a real difference. If you've followed all the guidance and still aren't seeing results within 60 days of delivery, contact us and we'll either give you a full refund or work with you to find a solution.
