We offer free trackable shipping on all orders. Once your order is placed, our team will carefully pick and pack everything — please allow up to 48 hours for this before your package heads out the door.
Delivery typically takes 5–14 days via our shipping partners. You’ll receive an automatic order confirmation within 5–10 minutes of placing your order, and a separate email with tracking information once your package has shipped. If you can’t find either email, check your spam folder or any tabs your inbox may have filtered it into.
If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control — such as high carrier volumes, force majeure, or other external events — we are not responsible for those delays.
Please allow up to 20 working days before contacting us about a missing order.
We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition. To start a return, contact us via info@dogempires.comand we’ll walk you through the process.
We’ll provide a return address once your request is approved. We recommend using trackable shipping for your return, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or errors made by the delivery company. Once we receive the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the cost of return shipping is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@dogempires.com. If your package has already been dispatched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. We will always do our best, but we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to make changes in time.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll send a free replacement. Contact us at info@dogempires.comwith your order details and we’ll sort it out.

Our products are shipped from outside the European Union. All prices shown on our site exclude VAT. When your order is imported into your country, local customs authorities may charge import VAT and/or duties on top of the product price.
