We pack and dispatch all orders within 1β3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 6β12 days. In total, expect your order within 7β15 business days from the day you place it.
It can take 24β48 hours after dispatch for your tracking number to activate in the carrier's system. If it's been more than 3 days since your shipping confirmation and there's still no movement, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
Yes, completely. International shipments often go quiet for 2β5 days while moving between countries or clearing customs. It doesn't mean anything is wrong. Check back in a day or two and there will usually be a new scan.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of your dispatch notification, reach out via the contact page. We'll trace the shipment immediately and either locate it or arrange a replacement for you.
We can only update the address before the order is dispatched. Once it's on its way, the carrier has control. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change and we'll do everything we can.
Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email, sent once your order leaves our warehouse. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you can't find it, use the Order number tab above β enter your order number and the email you ordered with and we'll pull up your shipment directly.
Yes, if your order hasn't entered processing yet. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us via the contact page. After that window, or once the order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If your order has already shipped, you are welcome to return it once it arrives β reach out and we will guide you through the process.
